SB 1233: An Act providing for the regulation of structure setbacks in bluff recession hazard areas throughout the Commonwealth to limit property damage and shoreline erosion recession, imposing duties and conferring powers on the Department of Environmental Resources and municipalities, providing for penalties and enforcement.

HB 520: An Act amending the act of August 7, 1963 (P. L. 549, No. 290) referred to as the “Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency Act,” creating an Educational Loan Assistance Fund within the State Treasury for the deposit of funds received by the agency; and establishing debt service reserve accounts within the Educational Loan Assistance Fund.
