Interstate Mining Compact Law

 

SB 5: Providing that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enter into the interstate mining compact to assure sound mining practices with other States of the United States of America which are signatories thereto, granting to the Governor authority to execute such compact, and to serve as the official representative of the Commonwealth, creating a Mining Practices Advisory Council.
