SB 1168: An Act authorizing and directing the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, with the approval of the Governor, to convey to Turkeyfoot Fish and Game Association, Inc., a certain tract of land situate in Henry Clay Township, Fayette County, in exchange for certain tracts of land; and authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, to grant and convey a sanitary sewer right-of-way over certain State land to Penn Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
