Pamela is the Chief Administrative Officer at the Ridge Policy Group, where she manages all day-to-day operations for the business. Client service is her top priority, and she delivers first-rate service and constant communication to all clients. Throughout her career, Pamela has worked closely with top lobbyists from both parties in all areas of government, including transportation, state and local government, healthcare, and education.

Experience

• Spent five years at Blank Rome Government Relations, LLC
• Worked on Capitol Hill, where she served as Executive Assistant of the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship
• Managed the DC office of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), a non-profit, nonpartisan small business advocacy organization with over 600,000 members
• Spent fifteen years working at Northern Essex Community College in Massachusetts, where she served as the College’s campus events coordinator
