Senior Associate

Sydney comes to Ridge Policy Group from another lobbying firm, where she assisted with legislative research and tracking on a variety of issues. She facilitated informative discussions among legislators and clients while playing an active role in the firm’s client management systems. Before moving to Harrisburg, Sydney served six years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where she worked as a Signal Support Systems Specialist. She was deployed overseas to work alongside NATO allies on communication operations in Poland. Sydney held a secret security clearance while operating on and maintaining multi-million-dollar equipment in the state and overseas.

Sydney worked for the Association of Pennsylvania State College & University Faculties (APSCUF) as their Government and Public Relations intern. There, she assisted with their social media platforms, legislative tracking, and state university event efforts. She graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology.

Sydney plays an active role in Harrisburg, PA. She is a member of the Harrisburg Young Professionals, on the Junior Board of the YWCA Harrisburg, and a graduate of the 2022 Emerging Philanthropists Program. Sydney was recognized in the 2023 issue of City and State PA’s Forty Under 40 and the Harrisburg Young Professionals 20 in their 20’s award in 2024.
